NoDak Waterfowler

Hello all,
I am a native North Dakotan (great waterfowl hunting), but I know live in NE Ohio; Medina. I am not the most experienced hunter, but I am no slouch. I hunted last year in ND and loved it. I have grown-up around firearms and shooting; (Army Veteran also) so I can shoot really well. What I am wondering, what is the best chance for me to hunt in Ohio? Preferrably not too darn far from me. The only problem I run into is I personally do not have any equipment (decoys, calls, etc). My brother owns all of that stuff, but is currently using it.
So, is there a way that I can join a group of hunters? I have my own guy all clothes. I would be willing to help out on any costs and set-up. Thank you for any advice you may give.
