I would like to use the following as my avatar:

http://home.earthlink.net/~bestfarm/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/101_0180.jpg

I can not figure out how to re-size so that it fits 100x100. Every other site I frequent would automatically resize pictures. Can you help?

Save your picture as a .bmp

Go to the image bar and select skew.

Adjust both sizes evenly until it the picture reaches the correct size for an avitar.

Save the picture as a .jpeg and you should be good to go.

just put your .jpg photo in your photo editor (whatever you use) & resize it by 100 pixels with keep aspect ratio .. for simple stuff I just use the freebee MS one that came with the puter.

Here this might work ... I just downloaded it - resized - lighten some to show better & loaded it into OS as a Av .. just click on the below & if it works for you, then just add the link to you option file...
