first visit to alum creek

Took some bass minnies to the dam and fished off the bank in the rocks, caught 3 smallies in about an hour of fishing but they were all small... very fat tho... if anyone wants a fishing partner for alum creek lemme know id love to go out in a boat since i dont have one. i hope its alot better in the fall cause i counted atleast 50 jetski's zippin around O-o

You'll see less of the jetski's the cooler it gets. You will also start seeing more fisherman and more saugeyes. If you are restricted to fishing from shore then you might try the cove between the dam and the beach. It has some nice flats that the saugeye like to come up on in the evenings.
