I have had a couple people try and send me Private messages and they can't. I receive an e-mail stating that my in-box has reached it's specified quota. That would be fine if there were something in there. It's been empty for months. Why can't they send me something?
Does anyone else have this problem?

thanks george. I don't use it unless someone sends me something first. Using e-mail is easier anyway, and doesn't take as long.

I agree. Email is easier.

Hey Steve
Any suggestions? I've had this problem as well. I delete my PMs after I read and still says my in box is full. Its fixed now but I don't know how or who did it. Thanks for your help.

I can't remember for sure, but I think around 41 pms total "was" the limit for all the PM boxes together ... I was full & forgot that I had a bunch in a pm "save" box & didn't hit the button for the Show Messages From beginning... this happened over a year ago & no problems since...
Show Messages From: last day last 2 days last 5 days last 10 days last 20 days last 30 days last 45 days last 60 days last 75 days last 100 days the last year the beginning
Steve should look into this & reply cuz it's a good site feature to yak at someone when you see them on-line, rather than wait till they read there e-mail & reply at a later time ~ if you get the drift -heheh @ least for a old fart like me:D

I'll see if I can't find out what the number is. The big one that people forget to do is clear out the sent messages. You want to make sure you keep an eye on those!

You must deelte the messages in your sent items. folder. They take up just as much space...That is the problem I think.

Yes, you guys must delete the items from your Sent folder as well and you will be good to go. You can also stop messages from going into your sent folder by changing the default in your control panel.
