river smallies

:D anybody know how the smallmouth fishin is?
haven't been there since june . fished a tournament
in cumberland pool and not one smallmouth.

I don't know about the Ohio, but I have heard the Kokosing and Walhounding have a bunch of smallies. I would love to fish those rivers some day especially the Kokosing!
