Is it legal to take 30 perch out of Conneaut, Ohio and go the same day and take 20 more out of Presque Isle, Pa. Holding licenses for both states? No tricks this time guys. :D :D :D

I'm not with the DNR but they usually refer to bag and posession limits. The daily bag limit is the number of fish you can catch per day, the posession limit is the number you can posess (say your freezer for example). You may be in violation of the posession limit for Ohio if you have 30 from Ohio and 20 from Pennsylvania, they would assume all 50 fish were from Ohio and you could not prove otherwise.
