Too Much Rain....

Well, fishing in central Ohio should cool off for a week or so. With all this rain all the resevoirs and rivers are high and muddy. I'm not sure when I'll get out again around here. I guess I'll put some extra time in at work and start shooting my bow some. I do have a trip up at Erie next Sunday. Hopefully, that will be a good trip.

I went up to the upper deck to check the rain gauge ... 2.3 inches last nite at Indian Lake ~ the lake just got back to normal pool last Friday afternoon from the prior weeks heavy rains which were greater totally than what we have had so far.. the lake is up 4-5" @ present ...

I'm a-givin' up on my wind flatten garden this year I think!!!:(

later Gator n' thanks for the Columbus report ... my next door weekend neighbors from Cinnci got in last eve in the middle of the IL storm from the Indy races & there heads are a spinnin' today from yesterday's doubleheader Grandslam that mother nature tossed at them!!!:eek:

April wasn't too bad and the first part of May was about right. However, we have gotten hammered that last part of May. If we get too much more rain all the farmers will start losing crops. They don't grow too well under water! lol
