Hey guys! I just got back from a week down in North Carolina. I went to the outer banks with g/f, sister and bro-in-law. It was a ton of fun.
- In the small ponds around our condo I managed to catch 14 largemouth bass in about 3 trips. None of them were very big as the largest was probably about 3 pounds or so, but it was a lot of fun!
- In the surf I caught 4 stingrays(i hate them things!) and 14 sand sharks. The largest sand shark was about 34 inches or so. This was an absolute blast. The only drawback was that as I walked out into the surf to cast it was washing away the sunblock on my feet and I didn't realize it so my feet got fried! lol Oh well, it was still a lot of fun.
I will try to get some pics posted in a few days.
