Grand Lake crappie

The females are in the channels at St Marys. A buddy of mine went yesterday and caught about 60 crappies, most in the pound range. Using jigs, but I'm sure minnows would work also.

it has been a pretty good spring here at the reservoir. Nice to see those big slabs again. Now maybe we can turn the perch fishing back on too!

Wonder what the crappie status will be at Grand Lake this weekend, considering the storms that are rolling through? Anyone been doing any good at Loramie?
