The sites work for me. The Carrs Run property cabin with four acres is listed for $120,000. I have not listed the rest of the property with the real estate as of this posting. We live out of state and have not been able to talk to the listing realtor as of yet.I posted the web sites supplied to me by the realtor and have not had any trouble finding them.Ohio Bill this is out of your price range anyway. Carrs Run is located between Beaver Pike road and 335 . It is ten miles east of US 23. The address is a Waverly address but is closer to Beaver.

If that land is right near Waverly then that is very very tempting. $120,000.00 for the cabin plus 4 acres seems a bit much though. What would be the asking price for the whole shot, cabin plus the whole 131 acres. If you can get that in the right ballpark then maybe I can play some ball(so to speak).
