haven't started my attack yet,due to the muddy waters and almost constant rain.anyone been out in the last few days?

Hooch?i know you've been out some.any water temp readings,etc.?
i'm hoping the spawn doesn't get too messed up and holds off till next week for the hot bite.

I also want to know about Hoover. I have fished Delaware the past two weeks a few times and I am done with that lake. There's nothing but 8 and 9 inchers. That lake is terrible now. They should have left the limit at 10 inches. They came up with poor growth rates as the logic for dropping it back to 9 inches and I am reluctant to criticize, but I think the ODNR is mistaken on this one. With the flow rates, fishing pressure and relatively small size of the lake it will support a 10 inch limit. I don't think it would be a good fit for bigger resevoirs like Alum or Hoover, but Delaware has suffered. I am ready to start fishing Alum and Hoover. This rain has hampered us a bit, but it is May and time for the Hot Bite at these bigger resevoirs!
