View Full Version : Where to fish close to Merysville?
Hello everyone,
I am a student from Wisconsin who is going to be in the Merysville area from June-December, and wanted to know if there are any lakes near by that a guy can catch some walleyes at?
I don't need to know secret spots or anything just some place where a guy can fish from shore.
Thanks.

Marysville ??
I believe the closest Walleye lakes are CJ Brown @ Springfield & Lake Erie --
-most the inland lakes are stocked with Saugeye though...
:)
Thanks Links,
Merysville is about 40 miles north west of Columbus. I will be working at Honda if that helps, but I don't know much about the area.

Hey Troy, if your going to be at Honda then you'll be staying in Marysville. If you want to fish for saugeyes then Indian Lake is only about 30 minutes from there. Theres also some good crappie and catting ay Indian. Links r us is the resident expert on IL.
