Do you all use a boat or walk the banks?

Do you bowfish during the day or at night?

All day TF. I use my canoe until I get to some where shallow enough to wade.

During the day. Boats are most popular. Typically jon boats or tri hauls to get into the shallow water. Don't know anyone who night shoots under spotlights but that looks fun.

I shoot off my boat during the day. I'm working on getting a deck put on my boat now for lights to bowfish at night. I have several friends that I have been out with and bowfished at night with. It is a blast. I'm getting a map of the Indian lake and I'll get back to you.;)

Well I hope the Dang Sewer Bass are done body-bangin' cuz I'm sick n' tired of cleanin' up after them after they Rip-up/out all the good Crappie/Bass cover weeds/pads & make a mess of the banks, seems all their play litter ends up in my boatwell for me to cleanup or the neighbors down at the end of the channel  ... I kinda think they'll be back the last week of May n' the 1st week of June when the snow flys (cottonwoods), doin' the noise suckin' thingy..That's when I gotta turnup the TV to hear it if the windows are open:rolleyes: :D

Used too. I sold my High Country with my fishing setup.
Where do you hang your hat? I see you've fished the Ohio River areas. I make it down off Rt 7 at least every other weekend on my way to my deer camp. I'm looking for a little flat head catfishing advice. If your knowledgeable about that maybe we could get togther sometime. If not, maybe we could get together anyways.

buckmaster,i,m in ravenna yeah i get down to the ohio now and then we went last week to the cumberland dam the conditions were great but no fish to brag about a few smallies and sauger, there were small gar in the area and the locals say when gar are around the game fish won,t be. i,ve only fished for cats once at cumberland and got a few but never went back. last year at mosquito lake while carp huntin in june we saw at least a half doz. flatheads up in the shallows either feeding or spawning not sure but one big jose went under my boat in about three feet of water and i,d bet he was in the fifty lb bracket. there are a lot of flatheads in that lake.guys use bluegills for bait up there.yeah maybe we can hook up on a carp hunt or fishin trip when these storms give up....
