Great day on the water! 5 man limit by noon. Fished south of D can with Jim Stedke, Glenn Gaver, Scott Knaipes (Scoutin Sam)and his father Ron. At least 4 fish ohio with the rest all respectable fish. Everything came high on ripsticks, rouges and husky jerks off big boards. Reports and pictures on http://www.jayparks.com. Many Thanks to Gary of Blue Dolphin for locating the biters on Friday.Wish I could be there today, but need to do Easter with the kids. Fish are biting, get out there.

We earned ours Sat. 6-7 hrs. of good marks that wouldn't go, then we caught a fish or two per hr, then we stayed pretty busy for a good while:) Few doubles.

We had the right program going with a least a few rods all day - frequently in the right speed zone, various water clarities, right depths, baits, good marks, attitude:). Just couldn't find some hungry ones.

3 of us & almost had trouble keeping lines set when we were on them. Tipped with meat, it didn't matter what it was if it was purple, moving at 1.7, and 9-15 ft down. NE of the reefs when we found a patch of fish that was probably at least a mile in diameter with only one other boat in sight. All spawned out & best was over 10, rest mostly 5-8's. Dropped more than we should have.
