Grrrrreat seminar by Travis Hartman AKA Reel Science!

The tournament committee has plans for our first event. I'll let them post the information.

Other happenings were:

1. Associate memberships will be offered at $20.00 per year, they will not have officer or voting priveleges but will be able to be involved in all Club functions. To become full members in the future they will have to pay the difference of $30.

2. A logo was developed and one of the members is going to make window and bumper stickers for us of it.

3. I don't have exact numbers but I think we are up to 32 full members and 1 Associate at this time and that means we'll be able to get the club website up and running soon. I'll keep everyone posted.

4. We are going to try and have the next meeting in Port clinton area. If that's not possible it will be held at the Huron boat basin as they have a pavilion open for 3 weekends at this time but we'll have to move soon on it.

5 Childrens life jackets are needed for a LEADS kids fishing day in Sandusky. We will need them in the future also so if anyone can donate one it will be well used and much appreciated.

6. Many people hung around afterwards for a cold one and some good chats or just to get acquainted. Travis hung around also and answered questions from a lot of the guys.

I'll send an email to everyone with this information once we have the address book updated with the new members and mailing list.

We'll be updating the membership form and posting it in a couple days. Stay tuned!

Marc
