300$ is starting bid,it will go up from there but vinton is prolly one of the cheapest for land,lotta timberin and minin in the area so i dont know bout mineral rights.i dont know the particulars,here it is...auction1-328 acres;auction2257 acres;auction 3240 acres...at www.stanley&son.com

No luck. I couldn't get the links to work either. I am no where close to being able to buy land. Although, in a few months after paying down some bills I do hope to buy a 4 wheeler!

kiko auctions are really good sometimes!! It depends on how many people show up.... This house up the street with 9 acres went for 22,500 and all the house needed was some shingles.. The guy turned around and sold it for 42,900 a month and a half later... Nice profit!!

I did a yahoo search for both companies. The addresses were different then what George had originally given. I cant remember them exactly, but do the search and they come up easily.
