I dont normally do spring as I dont know where they go on the property that I hunt ... Although I can find them very easily during Fall season. That Im looking forward to. I seen a piebald buck the other day without antlers I'll be posting pics here shortly.

I'll be out there every weekend. Probably take my calls and video camera while giving my buddy the shotgun. Last year we got everything on video but missed to kill shot because I was the caller and camera person. I had to fall back over the hill to draw the gobbler within range of the shooter. This will be the year to get everything on tape.

Not in Ohio. I'll hunt in PA until I fill my tag (that comes included with your license)...then I pony up the $24 for an Ohio tag if I feel up to it.

I sent the DNR in Columbus 189 bucks back in Feb. for NR Hunting license, Fishing license, and Turkey permit. Ouch! Gonna have to wait till Nov. for the other, Deer permit and Fur Takers permit. Im gonna pass on WV turkey. Killed plenty in my time here, just thought Id like to kill one in Ohio for a change. :) They have a much larger population than WV. We use to have a good population, but the numbers are not there anymore. Least not in this area.
