Got out for another quickie today. Stopped by the Chagrin and it was high and off color, could have fished it but would have been tough. If we wouldn't have gotten the weather last night it would have been nice. So back I went off to the tribs again. Fished for about 50 min. went 1 for 2 on sucker spawn and missed a handful of others. It seemed like I spent more time tying flies on my line than fishing, was hooking trees and rocks and everything else I could find besides the fish! Lost more flies today than my last 3 trips combined. The fish I landed was a nice 6 1/2 lb male that had just started getting a little darker. Nice way to spend an hour!!

It looks like everyone looks at the reports but will not post. Lance I'll be fishing Wednesday, let me know if your going up. I'll be hitting them pretty hard for the next month or as long as the water temp hold out.:D

I'm going to "TRY" to hit the Chagrin for an 1 hr about 1PM. but it's still up in the air. I've got an MRI and 8:00 AM and vet appt at 10:30. Might be biting off more than I can chew. If I'm out my trucks easy to spot. Blue Dodge Dakota with the license plate "FLYTYIN" :) I was thinking in terms of Chagrin River Park or Gilson.

Fished West side of Pa. and East side of Ohio, water was 34 when we started and 41 when we quit. Flow was a little high but fishable. We caught many fish had to keep changing flies. I only saw a few fish in the fast water. Nitro and crazy Dave had a great day as well. Next outing friday. Tight line to all.:D
