It took our group a few years to figure out how to hunt the deer in Zalaski forest but we are finally getting there.Last year we took out two bucks, then this year we took out one buck and one doe.We are starting to see more deer in shooting range now it is just up to us to make the right shot. Our group will be combining together with another hunting group that hunts the same area next year for one big camp and i believe we have recruited some new comers for next year also you are more than welcome to join in on the biggest (Possible)hunting camp in Zalaski come nov. of 2003.If you need more details (but not secret spot)You have to come join the camp to get that info.just pm me and i will try and help as much as i can.

I think you have to fully understand the lay of the land down there to hunt it effectively. It takes years to figure it out for yourself. So find someone who knows how to hunt that type of terrain, that's my suggestion.

A Food Feud

There might not be a camp this year for the deer camp boys. They are having such a feud its like the hatfields and macoys, and to just think it was started over "whats for dinner".

Sure wish they will lay down thier guns and come to the table and eat what ever is fixed, but they are the Bad Deer Camp Boys.

:D

Everyone just settle down, I figure if worse comes to worse, we can just hunt for our own food and prep it ourselves. Hmmm .. Hmmm , how bout a FRESCA!

I'm sure DJ will bring his BIG K cola again, so if you want a fresca, you'll have to carry my golf bag a few times this year. Then you can have one.

Now wait a dang minute Ray

When you asked me about the caddie stuff I thought I was going to be driving your Caddie to deer camp this year not carring your clubs and looking for your golf balls sorry not me your will have to Chevy Chase or Bill Murray or Dan Akroid they will be your best to chose from, you might want to ask C.D. because he is into Golf.:D Had to edit this because it did sound funny

I'm not bringing wine or tea either. Beer & Coffe for me thanks. Does anyone in you camp drink wine ithoyts? Man i'll tell ya what, i'm starting to worry about my camp. Guys are starting to act a little strange. We have guys drinking wine, eating crawdads, & playing with peoples clubs and balls. Do you have room in your camp?

rjolenic

Well, Wick's a little wierd with the wine and tea, but he started the camp so we let it slide. For me, it's natty blue and meat & potatoes! No golf while we're there either.

I started our camp and everybody gets bent out of shape because I think it's weird that there is wine at Deer Camp. Nobody drinks wine at Deer Camp, it's just not right.

rjolenic

I agree, the wine should probably stay home. It's Budweiser for me AFTER the hunt!

I like MIchelob Light but will drink Bud or Bud Light, as long as all of it is really cold. Nothin worse than a warm beer!

any kind of beer Michelob, Bud and Bud Light, if there the Silver Bullet. Hey Spitfire, Beer (Deer) camp, what could we call a Wine camp.

Spitfire
01-14-2003, 07:34 AM
Don't bring that back up, if they have to drink wine so be it. They are P'd at me cause I backed out of going to Wyandot and I didn't invite them to Tiffin with us. It's ok to go shoot without calling and asking if I would like to go though and that happened a few times last year. I even called a few times last summer and was turned down. Had something to do with "keeping the peace"!

So if you guys want to be P'd Off at me fine. Just to let you know it never bothered me when the invitation didn't come my way for a shoot.

Caribou Dreamer2

my did we wake up on the wrong side of the bed.Who said we were p'd off ,I dont think that was ever brought up at all,If you want to go shoot with who ever were ever so be it your a big boy.And no i don't need invited all the time and it also doesnt bother me either. And for you josh if i want to drink wine ,beer wiskey, piss or juice so what at least i bought it and did not mooch my beverage.and beer camp ,ine camp call it what you want its eer camp to me and i'm there to have fun
