Anybody know if I can get a deer barrel for my gold hunter 3 1/2" 12ga. I have found them for the 3" but not the 3 1/2"

I have a 10 gauge I'll sell ya. B^). I think it is 3.5" and it has some stopping power. I even have some slugs left for it!

I have a Browning Gold 3 1/2. I wonder if a rifled choke would work. Mine has the fiber optic sights. Non adjustable or very little adjustment. But if you added a scope mt I wonder how that would work. Do they make a 3 1/2" slug? Not sure I want to fire one of those off!!!

I checked with some people and I think that is a no on a slug barrel for the gold hunter. Checked with 5 people in the know and they said don't think so...

Check this out the first 12ga barrel listed has 3.5 chamber. Look to spend about $380 on it at a sporting goods store.

The barrels I saw on Browning.com were shot barrels not slug. I could be just reading it wrong!!!

The link i gave in my last post goes directly to the page that has the deer barrel. 3.5 22inch fully rifled cantalever... if you want to find one you'll have to visit a browning full line dealer, and if they have to order it from browning expect a 6-10 month wait.

It is a single shot H/R. Used to be a popular duck gun many years ago. I really don't know that much about it. It looks like the New England Firearms single shot shotguns but you can tell the quality is better. If you want a picture let me know and I will take one tonight and email it to you.

RT53 recman - Good work on finding that...I went right past it!
