Yes>>>We have about 10 guys from around here that are already to go..I just need to know how many guys are definatly going to attend so I can find a place to hold the meeting..If we are only going to have the ten or so guys that I know of we are going to try and get a local Gander Mtn. to allow us to use there meeting room..We might be able to put about 20 people in there so if we are going to have more than that we will have to have it at someones house..
i,m coming for sure, told bob and eric, one probaly the other maybe but i doubt it. you know who the other one is on the doubt it.it should turn out to be a infomative meeting.any changes from last years shoot will be brought up at this meeting, locations, quanties {sp} ect. open water isn,t that far away.
oh yeah, i forgot on the last post once we settle on a meeting place i,ll post some info on the o.w. site and see if any guys from the area are interested in coming and see what this sport is all about,a lot of them are bowhunters we might get someone to check it out.

I know there are going to be at least a few of us heading up to shoot a few after the meeting. So if any one is interested bring your bow..I went up last sat. and there were a lot of shad but no carp. I am thinking about heading up there Sun.(FEB> 1). The temps are going to be in the mid 20's. That will be a heat wave compared to what we have been having..The meeting should be informative. We have about a dozen guys who are coming for sure and 4 probables.Hope to see you there...

It was a great meeting! Had about 14 of us there. All the details will be out later. Some of went over to the lake and shot several shad and I must say they are the largest shad I have seen in a while. I seen several carp shot also. My son (Josh) shot some of his first shad and he did a great job on them. The biggest carp that were shot were by Tracy. Some up in the 18 lb. range. I didn't get a carp but all those who did Great job!;)
