I take it you live up by Lakeview so to find the Shelby County Deer Hunters from Lakeview you take 274 to Jackson center turn on to 65 go to ST Rt 47 head in to Port Jefferson.
Before you get all the way in to Port Jefferson you will go by a state rest area that is closed just pass that you want to turn on to the fist road on your left , take across the river and up the big hill then you will come up on a " Y " in the road you want to go right then you go around a big ben in the road stay on that road till you go down a hill and before you start back up the next hill the Deer Hunters is on you left. The road the Deer Hunters is on is call Johnston-Slage Rd.
Yes you have yo be a member to shoot there less you hunt to do one of the deer hunters shoots then its open to who ever.
IF you want to be a member I can see about getting you a paper on it and mail it to you just PM me your mailing address or you can go to one of the shoots and ask for one or come to are next meeting and get one.
I can e-mail you when all of the shooter and when are meetings are if you like.
Just let me know and one more thing it is a good place to shoot and there are alot of good guys there.
Also this is the time to join there before they close it off to guys that want to join.
Why I am saying this is I thing at one of the meetiing they put a cap on new member and I was told it was 400.

Rick sent you an email. Hows the shooting going???
I just got done e-mailing you.
The shooting has slow down now that the weather is getting nicer. My father has had me up to there place at Indian Lake doing some work and my daughter over in Fort Wayne has ben giving me stuff to do.
I have shot 20 groundhogs so far this year when I had alittle time to get out.
Have you shot any ?
