boil it keep the antlers out of the water, as it starts cooking cut as much of the mean and flesh off as you can then after all the meat and stuff its down to bare bone use hair bleach and past it on the skull (NOT THE ANTLERS) go right up to the stem below the bur follow instructions and rinse

Boiling it in water should get the flesh off the skull. Or you could do the beetle treatment but I don't know where to order the bugs from and it takes longer. Or you could nail it up somewhere outside and let mother nature do it for you :D

Yep, skin the hide off the skull, get all the meat off you can and then use a big pot on a turkey fryer type base and boil. You will need to fill/change the water prob 4 times in a matter of an 8-9 hour boil. Each time you change the water, pick off some more meat and pick out the braines with a pick or screwdriver.
When you are all done an no meat is left soak the skull ONLY in hydrogen peroxide for about 3-4 days and it comes out real nice. I'm doing one right now and it should be done with the peroxide stage in 3-4 days. I get a tupperware container that I can submerse the skull into up to but not touching the antlers. I also use cotton balls and soak them around the base of the antlers and top of skull so I keep that soaking as well, occasionaly I dump some more peroxide on the cotton balls so that they stay moist.
I bought my peroxide at WalMart, they come in the big sizes, I bought 7 of them, that's about right.
I've never used bleach, this is my 3rd one with peroxide.

I've done 3 of them. It is a pain in the azz. Later this winter I'm going to check into one of the kits on the market now.

Skin it...boil it for a 1 to 1.5 hrs in water and baking soda...then use a pressure washer to blast off the loose stuff and clean out the brain and sinus cavity. If you wanna whiten the skull use peroxide...It is pretty easy to do in my opinion...
