Scoring system is the same, but the BBBC is for Ohio deer only. Mimimum score for a typical is 140" and non-typical I think is 160" (correct me if I'm wrong).

Also P&Y is only for bow shot deer. BBBC allows any legal method.

Yesw you are correct 140" and 160" while the p&y only take bow only meaning compound and long bows must not have anything battery operated meaning like a lighted sight:tsk: and must be 125" the scoring is the same these are net after deductions.buckmasters is different they do not count inside spread but there are no deductions.:)

I haven't checked but I thought P&Y had a compound bow limitation in place as well. I think it says something about the bow can't have more then 65% let off or something like that. Like I said I haven't checked and it was awhile ago when I heard of that. Does anybody know for sure ?

They dropped that a few years back... now they'll let you in but last I knew they put an asterik beside your name if your bow was over 65%.

Apparently that makes a huge difference...

Thanks for the info Hiller.
