Hey everyone!
I'm excited to anounce after a 1 year blip that we will be having Steelhead Photo Contest again! As last time the prize will be having your photo posted on the home page for 1 month! The rules for this one are pretty simple.
Fish must be caught between October 15th 2009 and April 30th 2010 out of OHIO's Erie tribs.
The entries may be caught by any legal means, spinners, spawn or flies it doesn't matter!
Entries will be judged by the votes received in the gallery by your peers on the site. The target will be the BIGGEST fish coupled with a quality photo!
Now here's the cool part. Unlike deer season we have a full 6 1/6 months to fish and I see no reason that anyone should be limited to one entry. In fact multiple entries are encouraged! That way you aren't to holding out for the last minute to see what you caught for the year!
Photos MUST be submitted to the Steelhead 09-10 Contest Photo Gallery then posted to the "Entries Thread". Post the picture and include the date and method caught, length if available. Biggest fish will likely end up being a combination of length and bulk and how it impresses in the photo, so if a couple people catch a 31" and a 31 1/2" fish ultimately it will hinge on the fishes appearence in the photo and how people vote on it.
