Right now including the early geese season my partner and I have taken exactly 63 ducks/geese so far this season and we still got a week left!. We have shot just about every duck in the book here in SW Ohio. We've taken mallards, pentails, widgeon, teal, buffies, blacks, red heads, gadwalls, surf scoters, golden eyes, and others that I know I am forgetting. Went out this morning field hunting and they flew into the city on me. Probably rest up tomorrow and hit the big water Monday when the weekend warriors are gone.

Did you do any good on Ceaser's Creek this year?

We didn't see many ducks or geese on CC this past season, our blind is close to the dam........crappie fishing was good down there however! We caught a lot of 12-14" crappie in Dec on CC which was unusual.

No we didn't do very well down there, but we did have our best season. We ended up with 82 birds this season, 4 bands. We killed a lot of our birds in fields and we did all right at RF, but at RF it's hit and miss a lot. We got permission to hunt a field not too far from you there and we SLAUGHTERED the birds in there(40 birds in two hunts). The farmer said nobody has ever asked him to hunt and he let us. I was surpised because I thought for sure this guy's door has been knocked down. At the end of the season we bought him some gifts and stuff so hopefully we are welcome next season.
