Well my girl friend and I went hunting yesterday morning and we got in the woods at about 730am since I work midnights and we decided to go out after I got off work. Well we sat on stand for 3 hours until a small 8 point buck came in at about 1030am and my girlfriend got her first deer and first buck on opening day and the terrible thing is that she did not pay attention to what arrow she put on the crossbowand actually shot and dropped this deer using a practice tip broadhead (no blades) and I was amazed to see that deer down only after expiring 50 yards from our stand site. I carry 3 arrows with bladed broadheads and 1 practice tipped arrow to shoot tree rats.
