problems with bow

i cant seem to hold a paterrn for notin 3 will be in a nice group then next 4 will be all over any ideas could scope be broken :help:

are ya pullin the bow back the same way every time.i always put a mark on both sides of the rail on the string too make sure i pullin it back even each time

Have you changed anything in the configuration of the bow, new string/cables new arrows? If not put another scope on it and see what happens. But if you changed something on it then start with that. Also look at you broad head alignment if you haven't already. Good luck it can be frustraiting :whistle:

Look real close at your crosshairs, you could have a broken crosshair.

I had a similar problem a couple years ago. Got to lookin the bow over real hard an found a hairline crack in 1 of my limbs. What x-bow do you have? Is this a new to you bow or did this just start to happen all of a sudden? If I tried to stick 4 arrows in 1 target spot, I'd be tearing something up. Mine is that accurate.

I am presuming x-bow. I had the same problem last year with my horton 150. My dad talked to a rep. He couldnt stress enought the need to keep it waxed and rail lubed. I started doing it every 3 shots and my groups tightened right up. He said if one side has a hair more friction than the other you could be getting that. I like mine sloppy now:biggrin:.

well found the problem took it to horton the guy shoot it an looked it over really good and just shoot his head an said im lucky the bow it self was cracked man does that suck
