Can Santa bring land contracts? I found some awesome farm parcels for sale about 2 hours from here. Now, I am either gonna have to win the lottery or have Santa grant me a really big Christmas wish!!!!!!

Forgive me for being a little dense, but could you refresh the concept of the "land contract" I think I understand, but I'll wait for a reply to see if Im totally correct. thanks

Ok, I didn't mean "land contracts" by definition. I meant I want to own the plots that I was checking out. So, I guess my wish list should say that I want deeds to some good hunting land.
