Just completed the product review on the Roscoby Riser Cam (http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/reviewpost/showproduct.php?product=187). It's a pretty neat product. Check out the review. The review is also in the reviews section of this site.

Interested in hearing your results after you test it in a hunting situation.
Thanks!

I am sure it will perform in that situation too. I will be using lumenocks this year and it does work in low light as the video I took shows (it was pretty dark on that range).

The blurryness at the most important moment, the shot, caused by the bow's vibration ruined it for me.

I find there is minimal vibration in a smooth shooter like a Guardian. Most of the vibration is caused by me ;)

I think these kinds of products are pretty neat and provide a different angle, but I, personally, would not rely on this alone for filming a hunt. I film quite a bit, I've recorded several kills the last few years. If given the option for a riser cam-type system or a small camcorder/tree arm for self-filming a hunt, I'd much rather have the camcorder. Even a cheaper, low-end MiniDV camcorder is going to provide better quality footage. The downside is getting the camera on the deer if self-filming, but I've done it twice with minimal issues. As a different viewpoint I think it provides neat footage, but the quality and clarity is just not there for me to rely on a product like this to record a hunt. Just my $.02 worth! :D
