Cardinal Center Archery Range Grand Opening!
(Columbus) – Mark the date for the Grand Opening of the Cardinal Archery Range on September 12, 2009, located at the Cardinal Shooting Center in Marengo, Ohio. Participants will be treated to a 25 target, state of the art 3-D range, featuring Delta targets from Cabela’s.

This range will offer new and experienced bow hunters a chance to try their skills on this fully wooded, walk through course. Registration runs from 9 a.m. to noon with a treestand shoot beginning at 1:30 p.m. There will be prizes, raffles, and concessions. Cost for each shoot is only $5.00

In addition, open trapshooting for shot gunners is available from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the practice range with free instruction. Cost is only $4.00 for 25 birds. The Cardinal Shooting Center trap range is also a state-of-the-art facility being the 3rd largest in the country and is home to the Ohio State Trapshooting Association.

The Cardinal Center Campground is open and borders the archery range.

Yep your correct 77 and 61 in late june at the ohio state trapshoot there were people shooting the 3d coarse, but my luck i was unaware it existed and didnt have a bow to shoot it. but its a great facility. im sure the 3d will be great aswell.

The new 3-D Archery Range is now open daily, daylight to dark. The cost is $8 per round for adults and $4 per round for Juniors (under 18 - must be accompanied by parent or guardian). The Archery Range is situated at the west end of the woods between the 600's and 800's camping sections (see campground map). U. S. Sportsmen's Alliance worked with Cardinal Center to construct this archery range, consisting of 25 3D targets and a large practice range, with a broadhead pit and elevated shooting platform.
