game birds about the size of a chicken. give it a rubdown in your favorite dry rub and seasoning. stick a beer can in the rectom part of course after it been cleaned. best if done on a grill with the lid shut so heat can circulate. if heat dont circulate the bottom will be burnt and the top will still be raw.
