here's several pic from our trip to michigan this year.we did okay but as it ended up i think we were about a week early.still it was a good time and i ended up bringing back almost 3,1 gallon bags full of shrooms.
one side story. i was standing next to a pine tree on a hill side trying to figure out where i wanted to go next when a grouse flushed right at my feet.made my heart rate go through the roof! any way, i looked at where it flushed and found a nest full of eggs.it's the 1st time i've ever seen a grouse nest.

Great pics. How receptive are the locals up there to Ohioans picking shrooms ? What area did you go to ? I'll probably never go up there , just wondered.

the locals i've been around have always treated me great,even with me always wearing an ohio state hat.we hunt on state ground a county south of the mackimac bridge.
