This one is only 12! Man how kids have changed since I was a youngster.
The mark on her arm..........Hmmmmmmm
1. Birth Mark?
2. Bruse from slamming her arm down on a rest when shooting?
3. Grease from when she pulled the engine from a 68 Chevy?
Am I close? :D

The mark on her arm is probably a powder burn from a muzzle blast.. In a close Quarters battle CQB. When drawing on a perp at 3 -5 feet.. The weak arm (left) is brought up, and the hand placed on your upper chest.. kind of like the pledge of allegiance except left hand..
The strong side right side is rotated slightly away from the attacker with a step of the right foot back. This places the gun a little further away from the attacker, and around you.
The weapon is drawn and fired from a cradle position. Tucked in tight to your body along your ribs and slightly under your armpit.. 2 shots are fired and you begin to walk backwards. As you walk backwards you can extend into a standard “arms extended” 2 hand grip while firing.
What she did wrong was, she didn't get that weak arm up high enough, or her cradle fire was to high.. So she got some muzzle blast across her forearm...
Well that’s what I did anyway, and I had the same mark.
I wish I could find a picture of this draw.

I still think it's grease from pulling a engine. :D
All kidding aside, I almost said that ( burn from shooting ) but could not figure out how she could have gotten one.
Years ago when we were younger my buddy had a black powder revolver we were shooting. Friend #2 does the old "long shot stance". He stands by a tree, took his left arm across his body and rested the pistol on it. I probably don't have to tell you what happened but the flash burned holes through his shirt sleve and he had small burns on his arm. :coco:
Kind of funny now but at the time it was not. A lesson I will never forget.
