Finally, got out and had a great day fishing. Me and two friends took the kayaks down 6 miles of local stream and strung together some nice catches. I had 9 with the biggest being 16"s + got a 15" sauger. One buddy got 12 with one being 19"s and the other buddy got 8 or 9 with the biggest being 18"s. The fish were fairly agressive chasing baits high in the water column. It was a ton of fun. Sorry, no pics this trip. Though, I did fall in the water right at the put-in so a picture of that would have been funny! lol

Don't listen to him, Kyle. He's been begging me to guide him, too. :coolgleamA:

Last Sunday was post cold front conditions to. Thats one thing I love about river fishing..........cold front smold smunt...........just go fishing. I suppose had the front not passed the bite would have been a little better, but we really couldn't complain.
MS, we'll put it together for sure. I am anxious to fish the Hocking. I'll be down your way the 2nd weekend of June. A bunch of smallie guys are having a rodeo in Chili town or somewhere there abouts. We'll be doing floats on Paint Creek and Rocky Fork. I am in for Friday and Saturday and you're more than welcome to join us for some paddling, fishing, camping(adult beverages and a little zaniness). PM if your up for it. I'm looking at th end of June or mid July for a Hocking float.
