Smith 44 Mag

I am looking to buy a smith 44 mag, I found one that I believe is a model 29-1 or 629-1, stainless, 6 inch barrel and in good condition, anyone have any knowledge of what its worth? Any help would be appritiated, thanks.

guessing in the $600 range/ Do look at a Ruger super redhawk too. good scope mounting. not sure on the SW. If you want it for hunting buy a contender.
