shrooms popping in SE OH?

Turkey hunting next week in SE part of the state for several days - any hint as to if they will be up yet (the morels). Looking for shrooms is on the agenda for the afternoons.

They're up...I've got 5 yellows growing underneath the Apple tree not 30y from the house. First saw them on Saturday when I was walking up to check the mail. They're pretty good size now.

I hope their not all picked up by the end of the month down in Belmont co, thats when ill be down looking for them in the afternoons. Some years we find the motherlode other times people come through in waves and clean them all up.
