Maumee 4/13

Started at sunrise and had 4 by 10 a.m.They bit pretty good until the NE wind started blowing the water in.The water rose at least 8" while I was there.There's a lot of fish in the river but the guys around the island are doing alot better than the guys down by the fort.

i also got my limit today. took till 2 pm before i got #4. probably landed 7 or 8 between 3 and 4. all of them where foul hooked.

another limit today. saw a BUNCH of limits before 10 am. i foul hooked and threw back around 15 fish in the process of catching my limit. 2 where very large females well over 10 lbs. each. seemed as though about 25 % of the fish brought in where females.
