Electronic Turkey decoy

Last year I used a jake decoy that my taxidermist made. I mounted two pull strings on legs and used them to move the decoy about 180 degrees. We arrowed four Toms last year with this setup.

Well I got to thinking and mounted a servo motor in the base and connected wires to the legs. I can now move it via a handheld remote, but I just want to make sure that I can use it since it is electronic?

You know how game wardens can be so i would say Illegal cause a decoy is a type of call.....stick with the strings
