Got out last week for about 2 hours. Well worth the drive down, caught 22 fish all WB and hybrids. My biggest was 4lb even and a guy next to me caught one 6lb. 13oz. I was worried cause the shad were stupid thick, but I got hit first cast and it was all good from then on. Sorry about quality but they are from my cell, it was a monsoon so I didn't take digital cam.

Thanks!:)
Those are my homemade jig heads too! I have enough lead to last me a lifetime and decided to spend the money and start making my own heads. For one it is cheaper and another reason is that I now have the ability to create my own colors and combinations. Some say color means nothing but I would disagree completely. At any rate I was happy to catch all the fish on my own heads, made it a little more enjoyable.

Nope not Pike Island, caught them down in Marrietta. A buddy fished Pike Island the same week and they just killed them. Walleye, Smallmouth, Hybrids, and White Bass.

Love those hybrids! I don't think anything in Ohio fights as hard as they do. :yikes:
