Spring Turkey hunt starts April 20th through the 17th of May. I have 3.4 acres of coniferous forest in Perry County on Township Road 131. Known turkey inhabitance and would like to lease out on a weekly basis for $300 per lot. Due to the size of the property we insist that no more than two hunters at a time. Spring Youth hunt is on the 18th and 19th of April. Daily rates for the Spring Youth hunt will be $50 for the lot per day. Prices are not fixed. Dude seriously.. $300 a week for 3.4 acre pine forrest.... I'll lease it from you for 85 dollars a year... And that being WAY generous at 25 dollars an acre... :dizzy::dizzy::dizzy:

Just wondering if that 3.4 acres has a BIG fence around it with birds that have wings clipped? Never knew 3.4 acres could hold that many Turks to go all season :D. Bet in October we will see some big deer in there as well.

Heck, for that price I could go on a fully guided turkey hunt on a LOT more acreage and have a nearly 90% success rate.

Also, 2 hunters on 3 acres is WAY too many.
