I will be hunting, I always take 3-4 days vacation the first week. Turkey hunt in the morning, fish in the afternoon, drink beer and cookout in the evening. Hopefully it will warm up by then.

Won't make the opening morning (I work the weekend before) but hopefully the next two mornings. I won't hunt many weekends but will hit up as many weekday mornings as I can.

My vacation is in the books! Weather permitting, I'll be out there trying to bag a biggun! I remeber one opening morning it was below freezing and windy. YUCK! I love to hunt hard until about 9:30 then set decoys and take a nap in the sun:p

I wish, instead I'll have to wait until Saturday.

Does anyone else think turkey season should open on a Saturday?

I'll be out there opening morning... got a vacation day scheduled. It's gonna be a busy weekend for me. Bass tournament on Sunday the 19th in Erie county, then haul ass to Carroll county to try and put a Tom to bed, then up bright and early Monday morning to whack him down.... I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

Question, must youths be accompanied by an Adult? The book says so. so I guess the brat with the Kaw ATV should not have been tresspassing last year.
