I've seen this on some videos, and a good freind from Oklahoma refreshed my memory on the the fun involved here!

It was a simple build with limited tools and materials. I used scrap styrafoam, zip tyes, and duct tape for the materials. A bucket for the pattern, felt tip marker, and a jig saw rounds out the tools.

Tonight it was just my son and I, so we didn't have a video man. People this is a blast, I'll be getting some video soon. One guy throws the target up while the other guy shoots!

Here's a few having fun pics!

Using flu flus with bright colors, and a white dip makes finding arrows easy!

Here's the equipment. Flu flus, bird tips, recurves, and foam targets! It doesn't get much funner! ;)

badger . paint a small dot in the middle , you will hit more shooting at the dot instead of the whole target. i used to shoot areals all the time , it is great fun , and the more the marrier. h

I was telling my son the same thing. We are making more this weekend with dots in the center on all of them.

I'd love to get 10 or so guys together to shoot up a bunch of these targets! I bet the bs would be flying!:bouncy:

I love balloon shooting!:bouncy:

I keep messing with this stuff through the summer, and my matthews might not make opener in the fall.

I've shot recurves all my life, but never made the switch. My son really wants to hunt with a recurve. So I might have to anchor down and follow my feelings this year. I'd love to see my son get his first bow deer with a recurve. It would be super if we both did it together.
