I just picked up the new Alpha Max and it's awesome! I'm still shooting the Katera XL but the alpha max is much quieter and has less hand shock. Anyone else shooting one for 09?

I was so close to buying one but not sure if I will have the money this year. ended up using the money for the bow on a bear hunt.

Everyone is naming there bows nowadays after tv shows. Bowtech needs to come out with there deadliest catch bow. I love that show. I say this and they will probably come up with Bowtech "Desperate Housewives" :mischeif:. Seriously though, how many bow companies are naming bows after shows.

I'm hoping to be hunting with one this deer season. I'll have to see how the year goes.

Would love to upgrade from my ultramag to the alpha max. I just don;t see it in the finaces this year.
