My partner wants out of our hunting camp in West Virginia due to family committments. It is 40 acres of prime hunting country we have deer, turkey, coyotte, bear, ect. If the right partner comes along I may keep my half and it would be a lot cheaper for someone to buy in than purchase the whole thing. Price is right!
Location is central WV. The big plus to this property is we have great neighbors who watch the place. Never had any vandalism or thefts in the 5 years we have owned it. Food plots and permanat stand already in place for bow hunting!
