Is it legal to have dead heads or are they considered state property. I have heard that if you have a set of horns without a tag and they are not sheds that you can be cherged with poaching. Has anybody else heard this before.

Yes. You have to get the G-W to come see it as it lays. I've got 3 checked.

What if you get them in another state with no tags???
