Mink sets

Got a question, what's a good bait when muskrat isn't available?? I always used muskrat for my bank sets but I'm showing someone else how to trap but they're not trapping rats.

I use shad I catch with the casting net. I freeze them in small bags like 10 to 12 at a time. I use pocket sets to catch them most of the time.
