Ok, JD has found so many sheds I want to at least show the "one" I found.
My big Bro and I were walking the propery and I happend to glance over at one of many apple trees that have grown wild. This location was an old apple tree field which has become WAY over grown and almost impossible to walk through and if you do count on looking like a pricker bush when you come out.
This guy I found right at the base of the tree.

Very nice find, they have been hard to come by this year. I found numbers 18 and 19 today and 2 deadheads.........I must of easily walked 8 miles in 6 hours today! The sheds I found were this years and dropped just recently by a year and half year old. They were 3/4 of a mile apart and neither had any chews. The biggest deadhead had a 15 and a quarter inside spread and would score around 100. The shed you found is the size we like to shoot for and being such good shape is icing on the cake. Now you can look for the other side..........I hope you find it! You at least have a good starting point.......under that apple tree. Goodluck!

I guess I need to take more walks in the woods "not looking for sheds" and hopefully finding sheds. :D
It is a nice size one, wonder where he was during the season? :confused: Would have been nice to see him.

At least you guys have found a shed. I'm batting 100 so far. And not on the good side. Oh well still enjoy the nature walks trying to find them.

Hang in there buddy, you will find some.
For years the closest I came to a shed was when I walked outside to get some tools out of it. :D

congrats riverdude, atleast u got one in the bag ive been out quite a bit and dont have ANYTHING to show for.. but i guess thats part of the game right... lol

As I mentioned to some of the other guys, hang in there and keep your eyes open, you will find them. ( Listen to me.....I sound like I found 50 or more....all I have is one. :mad: )
Ask JDBoyd for some pointers, he is extremley good, no great at finding sheds. If you have not already check out some of his photo's.
