So what does everything think, does it look like a good coyote calling weekend coming up..... This past weekend was a pretty good one... never made the kill but sure did have some action... was only able to get out on saturday.... Went out friday night and located a couple nice packs.... went back real early and could not get them to howl... we were in the process of going to pick up a guy to go hunting with us just at daylight and happened on one mousing in the field, buddy missed it at about 120 yards i think... it ran off then at about 400 yards started to run in circles and disappered. Then in route to our first set up we seen another run in the woods where we were not aloud to hunt... Did first setup no good. Decided to head up north a little to a new place. went blind... to the middle of the woods.... Called in a pure black one, i never got to see it... buddy thought it was a house dog.. it came in to about 80 yards sat down for about 2 minutes then high tailed that is when he relized that it probally was a yote... when we got him home i showed him a pic of a black yote we had killed and he knew he had messed up then.... But for sure a real good day..
