I hate to see it end. I wished I had more rats to trap, but they just where not there this year. I also did not go after the k-9's. I only caught 1 in a foot trap.

thanks guys! yeah its some work but a whole lot of fun also! i used to spend about the same amount of effort to catch 20 fox/coyotes but wisdom has taught me it just ain't worth the effort! i do it for fun, but still like the money when it over.

When I used to trap, I'd ship to NAFA.....I would put 3 times what I thought the fur was worth in Insurance...Just prayin UPS would lose it...LOL...never happened, they took damn good care of those shipments...I always done much better with my fox and coyotes by shipping them, coon on the other hand....I'll put it this way, they still have coon from 9 or 10 years ago...LOL.. I once recieved a check from NAFA for a dollar and some change for 2 or 3 coon...LOL..

with fha, i do the pick-up route. i meet the guy at a predetermined spot for the "handoff". once in his possession he carries the insurance. kinda a strange feeling in the gut to give someone all your fur and hope all is well! been doing it that way for a few years now, so its easier to take now.
